Fasting is required for 48 hours after surgery, and intravenous high-nutrient support is given during the period when the patient has a gastric tube in place.
Urinary function care: Every move of the renal cancer patient after surgery has a great impact on the recovery of the disease, especially the first urination after surgery. The patient's urination time and urine volume and color are effective factors for observing the patient's condition. If there is no urine or a large amount of blood in the urine 6 hours after surgery, you should contact the doctor in time. Pay attention to the daily urine volume, color, and nature, and collect samples for testing when necessary.
