They don’t need to do any other exercises and the body will naturally recover after half a year. In fact, there is a difference between the recovery of pelvic floor muscles and pelvis, and exercise is needed to speed up the recovery. Otherwise, the recovery effect will be very slow in recent years.

The pelvis will not recover on its own after childbirth and has no self-healing ability. Exercise or applying appropriate external force can promote the recovery of the pelvis. The effectiveness of pelvic recovery is only two months, so recovery within two months after delivery is the most ideal!

1. Use a pelvic belt. Generally speaking, mothers who gave birth naturally can use it 2 to 3 days after delivery, while mothers who gave birth by caesarean section need to wait about a week for the wound to heal before using it. Wear it for 8 hours a day, with moderate tightness, and avoid using it at night.

2. Pelvic corrector. The pelvic corrector also promotes pelvic recovery through external force. The effect will be better if used with a pelvic belt.

3. In addition, you can also do pelvic exercises. There are many videos on the Internet, so I won’t explain them in detail. One thing to note is that some actions that increase abdominal pressure should be avoided as much as possible. Because the pelvic floor is damaged and the muscle strength is poor after childbirth, frequent increases in abdominal pressure may cause pelvic floor prolapse and sagging and bulging of reproductive organs.
