4. Hepatitis B surface antibody: Hepatitis B surface antibody is an immune and protective antibody against hepatitis B virus. Hepatitis B surface antibody positivity often appears in the late stage of hepatitis B recovery. The higher the hepatitis B surface antibody titer in the serum, the stronger the protection and the longer the duration (more than 3 to 5 years). After reinfection with hepatitis B virus, the titer of hepatitis B surface antibody can increase significantly by 90% within 2 weeks, and the hepatitis B surface antibody of those who have been vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine can turn positive.

The diagnosis of hepatitis B requires checking whether the body contains hepatitis B virus, so a hepatitis B two-pair-half test is required.
