Observe whether the wound dressing is dry. In the early stage, local negative pressure suction or chest bandage and sandbag pressure should be used to help the skin graft adhere to avoid subcutaneous blood and fluid accumulation.

3. Prevent edema and dysfunction of the operated limb

Avoid puncturing the upper limb of the operated side and raise it appropriately. Start to help the patient move his upper limbs 3 days after surgery, starting from the elbow and gradually extending to the shoulder. Exercise methods include feeding yourself, combing your hair, washing your face, and climbing the wall with your fingers to promote blood circulation in your limbs.
