What are the symptoms of esophageal lymphoma?

Symptoms of esophageal lymphoma:

Skin itching is a more specific manifestation of advanced lymphoma. Focal itching occurs in the area of ​​lymphatic drainage of the lesion, and systemic itching mostly occurs in cases with lesions in the mediastinum or abdomen. Alcohol pain: some patients will experience pain in the lesion area about 20 minutes after drinking.

Local manifestations:

(1) Lymph node enlargement: including superficial and deep lymph nodes. The characteristics of this disease are that the enlarged lymph nodes are progressive, painless, hard, and can be moved. In the early stage, they are not adhered to each other, but in the late stage, they can fuse. Anti-inflammatory and anti-tuberculosis treatments are ineffective. Superficial lymph nodes are most common in the neck, followed by the axilla and the abdominal groove. Deep lymph nodes are most common in the mediastinum and beside the abdominal aorta.

(2) Local compression symptoms caused by swollen lymph nodes: mainly refers to deep lymph nodes, such as swollen mediastinal lymph nodes, which can compress the esophagus and cause dysphagia; compress the superior vena cava and cause superior vena cava syndrome; compress the trachea and cause coughing, chest tightness, dyspnea and cyanosis. These are symptoms of lymphoma.

After understanding the symptoms of esophageal lymphoma, the treatment of esophageal lymphoma needs to be based on the patient's disease manifestations. This type of disease takes a relatively long time to treat, and during treatment, the patient must also pay attention to the diet and avoid choosing foods that are too hot or too cold, as this will not affect the treatment of the disease.
