3. You can use diacerein or glucosamine to prevent the disease from progressing;

4. Joint cavity treatment: Sodium hyaluronate once a week has a certain effect on relieving symptoms and repairing cartilage;

5. External medications such as Voltaren ointment or plaster are acceptable;

6. If the pain is obvious, crutches should be used to prevent the patient from bearing any weight.

7. It is recommended to do infrared therapy for the knee joint. Once a day.

8. Symptomatic oral medication: Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules.

9. Use triamcinolone acetonide injection + lidocaine injection for knee joint closure treatment.

10. When conservative treatment is ineffective, knee arthroscopy is recommended.
