1. Psychological care

If there are no contraindications after surgery, you can get out of bed and move around after 1 to 7 days, that is, early out of bed movement. You can do limb exercises and turn over in bed first. If the body recovers well, you can gradually increase the amount of exercise and change the content of exercise.

(V) Radiotherapy Nursing

Instruct family members to reduce the patient's activities during radiotherapy to ensure the patient's physical and mental rest. The patient should rest in bed for 30 minutes before and after radiotherapy. During radiotherapy, pay attention to mucosal protection, observe the functional status of local organs, and prevent the occurrence of secondary infection.

(VI) Chemotherapy care

Patiently explain to the patient, obtain effective treatment cooperation, pay attention to the stimulation of the drug solution on the blood vessel wall, and immediately change the injection site and perform local procaine blockade if extravasation is found. During chemotherapy, pay attention to observe whether there are skin ecchymosis, gingival bleeding, infection and other reactions.
