Self-diagnosis method for liver cancer

Self-diagnosis method for liver cancer

How can you know if you have liver cancer? To answer this question, we must first know who is at high risk for liver cancer, that is, who is most likely to get liver cancer. Let's take a closer look at the self-diagnosis of liver cancer. I hope the following introduction can be helpful to everyone.

(I): my country is one of the countries with a high incidence of primary liver cancer, with an annual incidence of 5-10/100,000 population. About 300,000 people die from primary liver cancer each year, ranking third among all malignant tumors. The incidence in the southeast coastal areas is higher than that in the inland areas, with the highest incidence in Guangxi, Jiangsu and a certain place in Guangdong, and the lowest in Yunnan and Guizhou. The incidence in men is higher than that in women, with a male-to-female ratio of about 2-8:1.
(II): Based on age. In the past, it was generally believed that the high-risk age for liver cancer was 40-60 years old, but recent clinical cases have confirmed that patients have gradually become younger. The author has treated many patients in their teens. More than ten years ago, many of the liver cancer patients who were admitted to the cancer hospital with the author were young people around 30 years old. Therefore, the current high-risk age for liver cancer is generally believed to have moved forward by ten years, that is, 30-60 years old. This is related to the environmental deterioration in recent years and many other factors, and the higher the incidence area, the lower the age.
(III): Classification based on family medical history. In the past, it was believed that cancer was not hereditary or contagious, but in recent investigations and studies, scholars have unanimously agreed that cancer is hereditary and still not contagious. Although the mechanism of heredity is still unclear, it has been clinically confirmed, so we can only acknowledge it first and then slowly study and explain it.
