How to prevent esophageal cancer in daily life

How to prevent esophageal cancer? Although the cause of esophageal cancer is not very clear, based on the information we have already known, prevention should start from the following aspects. Change eating habits: Do not eat over-scalding food, hot and overly rough food. Overly hot and rough food will burn the esophageal mucosal epithelium when it passes through the esophagus and contacts the mucosal epithelium, causing damage, ulceration, bleeding and other lesions.

Don't eat too fast, don't eat too fast, don't eat too fast, and avoid swallowing fish bones, poultry bones, etc. These hard bone spurs will pierce the esophageal wall, and the wound will be difficult to heal for a while, which will easily lead to esophageal lesions over time. Don't drink too much strong alcohol to reduce the irritation to the esophageal mucosa. Don't smoke and drink less. Due to the high alcohol content or other harmful chemicals contained in alcohol, the incidence of cancer in the oral cavity, pharynx, larynx, and esophagus caused by smoking may increase exponentially; therefore, it is recommended not to smoke and drink less.

Do not squat when eating, because squatting will increase the intra-abdominal pressure, and the food will inevitably be blocked when passing through the cardia to the stomach. The esophagus will increase peristalsis and pressure to transport the food bolus. The friction between the food and the esophagus will increase the damage to the esophageal wall, which is easy to become cancerous. The lost mucosal epithelium will proliferate quickly to repair the ruptured and inflamed mucosal epithelium. If the mucosal epithelium is often repeatedly exposed to this adverse stimulation, the mucosal epithelium will repeatedly proliferate and repair. Some "heteromorphic" cells with abnormal morphology and function will appear in the process of repeated proliferation and repair. If these abnormal cells accumulate, they will develop in a bad direction, gradually undergo malignant changes, and finally form cancer cells that continue to expand.
