Unmarried and childless women may also develop ovarian cancer

Unmarried and childless women may also develop ovarian cancer

Ovarian cancer can occur in women of any age, including unmarried and childless women, and the risk of ovarian cancer in unmarried and childless women is higher than that in women with children. Therefore, if unmarried women have symptoms such as irregular menstruation, hip and sacral pain, and abdominal pain, they should be alert to whether these are signs of ovarian cancer.

First, unmarried and childless women who have given birth less or not have a higher chance of developing ovarian cancer, which may be related to the imbalance of estrogen levels and excess estrogen in their bodies. Excessive secretion of estrogen is one of the main causes of ovarian cancer.

Secondly, the incidence of ovarian cancer is closely related to genetic factors and eating habits. Unmarried women with a family history of genetic diseases are advised to undergo genetic testing to screen and prevent ovarian cancer as early as possible. Unmarried women's bad eating habits, including high fat intake and improper use of health products, are also causes of ovarian cancer in women.

Third, the onset of ovarian cancer is also related to environmental factors. Factors that cause unmarried women to develop ovarian cancer also include X-ray exposure, viral infection, and the stimulation of chemical carcinogens. For example, many cosmetics contain hormones or carcinogens. If women use such cosmetics for a long time, it can cause excessive estrogen and abnormality in the body, which can lead to ovarian cancer.

In addition, because unmarried and childless women often neglect reproductive system care and regular checkups, reproductive diseases are not discovered and treated in time, and the early symptoms of ovarian cancer are not obvious, the high incidence of ovarian cancer in unmarried women has also been caused. Therefore, even if adult women are unmarried and childless, they should undergo regular gynecological examinations to detect and treat diseases in time.
