Two proven prescriptions for treating esophageal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine

Esophageal cancer is classified as "dysphagia" in traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine has its own unique features in treating esophageal cancer, so there is no need to worry about side effects. The following two prescriptions are for reference.

Fang Yi

Symptoms: The patient feels thirsty, anorexia or has no appetite, has frequent hiccups, a burning sensation in the stomach, and abdominal distension and discomfort.

Syndrome differentiation: Insufficient stomach yin, upward reversal of stomach qi

Treatment: Nourish yin and blood, reduce adverse reactions and harmonize the stomach.

Prescription: Pinellia and Bamboo Shavings Decoction.

Chinese medicine: 12 grams of Pinellia ternata, 12 grams of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, 12 grams of Inula flower, 30 grams of Hematite, 9 grams of Magnolia officinalis, 6 grams of Clove, 9 grams of Aquilaria sinensis, 9 grams of Toosendan fruit, 9 grams of Adenophora australis, 9 grams of Adenophora sibiricum, 12 grams of Asparagus cochinchinensis, 12 grams of Ophiopogon japonicus, 12 grams of Angelica sinensis, and 30 grams of Herba Agrimoniae.

Usage: decoction, 1 dose per day, 2 times a day.

Fang Er

Symptoms: The patient has a lot of phlegm that is difficult to cough up, chest tightness, difficulty swallowing food, nausea and vomiting, red tongue with yellow coating, and a stringy and rapid pulse.

Syndrome differentiation: phlegm, qi and fire accumulation.

Treatment: Clear away heat, detoxify, eliminate phlegm, resolve stagnation and break up blood stasis.

Prescription: Jiawei Kaijiesan.

Chinese medicine: 1 gram of realgar, 6 grams of sand, 12 grams of Sophora flavescens, 12 grams of Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, 6 grams of borax, 50 grams of Glauber's salt, 12 grams of Belamcanda chinensis, 9 grams of Indigo naturalis, and 1 fresh dog gall.

Usage: Grind the above medicines into powder, mix with dog bile and water, and take it for 3 days.
