1. Control oil secretion in the T-zone: Apply fine salt to the T-zone, massage gently and rest for 3 minutes, then use your middle finger to do squeezing massage from bottom to top on the open pores on both sides of the nose.

2. To remove acne marks and smooth out skin bumps: Dip your fingertips in a little salt and massage on the acne marks or bumps in a spiral shape three times. Then apply enough salt to the area that needs to be "resolved" and wash it off after five or six minutes. Note: Do not massage a growing pimple

3. To remove rough skin and dark spots: Wet the salt with water and apply it on your face. Massage for 1 minute using the same force as when washing your face. 6. To care for acne on the back: Warm up your body thoroughly after bathing, and apply more salt on your back after your pores open. Use the brush to massage for 1 minute, not too hard, just enough to move the salt between the skin and the brush. Then dip a sponge in light salt water, apply it on your back for 10 minutes, and then rinse it off with water.

7. Use salt to eliminate double chin: Move the right fingers coated with a large amount of salt along the jaw and the edge of the right cheek from the middle to the right; similarly, move the left fingers along the jaw and the edge of the left cheek to the left; alternate between the left and right hands, and do it rhythmically 50 times. Then wrap the salted part with plastic wrap and secure it with a hairband. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with water. Do this every other day.
