Introduction to several rare symptoms of pancreatic cancer

Among the many symptoms of pancreatic cancer, there are several that are relatively rare. Many patients ignore treatment because of these symptoms of pancreatic cancer, which causes more serious harm to their health. So what are the relatively rare symptoms of pancreatic cancer ? Let's talk about the relatively rare symptoms of pancreatic cancer.

Less common symptoms of pancreatic cancer include:

1. Patients may experience some unexplained symptoms, such as digestive tract symptoms, fatigue and weight loss, which are relatively rare symptoms of pancreatic cancer. Unexplained weight loss, unexplained weight loss of more than 10% in a short period of time; causes of weight loss include cancer consumption, loss of appetite, anxiety, insomnia, digestion and absorption disorders, etc. Stomach pain, back pain, recent unexplained upper abdominal or back pain may also be symptoms of pancreatic cancer. Excluding liver, gallbladder, gastrointestinal and other diseases, patients with abdominal pain and bloating, symptoms of pancreatic cancer may be accompanied by gastrointestinal diseases such as diarrhea, bloating, nausea, etc. Some cases may have steatorrhea, high blood sugar, and diabetes. They do not like fatty dishes and may also have fatty diarrhea, which is a symptom of diarrhea caused by fat not being digested and mixed with feces and excreted.

2. Jaundice. Yellowing of the eyes or skin can also occur in cases of hepatitis or biliary diseases. Therefore, early pancreatic cancer may be misdiagnosed as hepatitis, cholecystitis, or cholelithiasis. Generally, jaundice is more common in pancreatic head cancer and occurs earlier. Jaundice is usually absent when the tumor is confined to the body or tail. Jaundice is mostly obstructive and progressively deepens. Symptoms of pancreatic cancer include itchy skin, urine color like strong tea, and clay-colored stool. Most cases are caused by pancreatic head cancer compressing the common bile duct, and a few cases are caused by pancreatic body and tail cancer metastasizing to the liver or hepatic/common bile duct lymph nodes.

The above are the relatively rare symptoms of pancreatic cancer. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. If you have the above symptoms of pancreatic cancer, you must go to the hospital immediately for active treatment to avoid delaying the disease and missing the best time for treatment.
