Will inflammation of the c-tract cause indigestion?

Inflammation is a very normal physiological response in the body, and any part of the body may be at risk of inflammation. Many people like to take anti-inflammatory drugs when they have inflammation. This is very incorrect. The method of curing inflammation needs to be determined based on the symptoms and severity of the disease. So when our intestines are inflamed, will it cause indigestion, constipation and diarrhea?

1. Abdominal distension: Indigestion will inevitably cause food to remain in the stomach and cannot move down, so the most direct feeling of the patient is fullness in the stomach. When touching the stomach with the hand, it feels like there is gas or hard objects. At this time, you should not consume too much indigestible food and pay more attention to exercise.

2. Vomiting, acid reflux and hiccups: Because food cannot be digested in time, food cannot flow into the intestines. When it is full to a certain extent, it will rush up and cause vomiting. At the same time, most of the vomited out is food residue. If food stays in the stomach for too long, it will ferment. The product of fermentation is acid and gas, which will definitely cause hiccups and acid reflux.

3. Constipation and diarrhea: Persistent indigestion is one of the major causes of constipation, because food stays in the gastrointestinal tract for a long time, it will form toxins and stool, thus causing gastrointestinal dysfunction; indigestion can also easily cause gastrointestinal flora imbalance, thus causing diarrhea.

4. Malnutrition: This is mainly aimed at patients with long-term indigestion. Food cannot be fully digested and broken down, and thus cannot be fully absorbed. If the absorption is poor for a long time, the nutrition will naturally not keep up.

5. Indigestion conditioning and treatment

Diet and exercise combined: Eating more vegetables and fruits is a must. Vegetables include green vegetables, yam, corn, pumpkin, cucumber and other foods high in fiber. The best fruits are of course bananas, apples and kiwis. Hawthorn, etc. At the same time, you can also drink more yogurt rich in probiotics, and then do appropriate exercise (running, playing ball, skipping rope).

Drug treatment: For short-term indigestion, you can take drugs that relieve gas and increase gastric motility and drugs that aid digestion. The combinations recommended here include Kaixiong Shunqi/Muxiang Shunqi/Huoxiang Zhengqi Capsules/Metoclopramide + Jianwei Xiaoshi Tablets/Da Shanzha Granules/Da Shanzha Pills and Binglang Sixiao Pills. In addition, you can also use drugs that relieve gas and probiotics. If it is long-term indigestion, in addition to taking the above drugs, other secondary symptoms should be treated with corresponding drugs.

6. Notes

Eat more vegetables and fruits, pay attention to the combination of meat and vegetables, and nourish your stomach.

Long-term indigestion should be taken seriously and treated in a timely manner.
