What to do if the skin is too thin and has bloodshot

Everyone's facial skin is different. Some people have thick facial skin, so no matter how they deal with it, nothing will happen. However, some people have thin facial skin, and once it is attacked by ultraviolet rays, it is easy to develop red blood streaks. The facial skin phenomenon of red blood streaks exists in many people, but some people's red blood streaks are milder, while others' are more serious. So how to solve the red blood streak caused by thin facial skin?

1. Simplify your skincare routine

Stop using various functional skin care products, such as whitening, anti-aging, freckle and wrinkle removal, etc. For sensitive skin with thin stratum corneum, functional skin care products are a burden and will aggravate adverse skin symptoms.

2. Wash your face with water

The skin is already very fragile, and using a facial cleanser will cause over-cleansing. If you must use a facial cleanser, remember to use a mild one. Generally speaking, we should use warm or cool water to wash our face. Neither too cold nor too hot water is good. A temperature similar to body temperature is best.

3. Get enough sleep

In addition to allowing our skin to rest, sleeping is also a metabolic process. A thin stratum corneum is generally caused by skin damage. Nighttime is the time for skin growth and repair, so you must go to bed early and try not to go past eleven o'clock.

4. Pay attention to sun protection

Sun protection is mainly physical sun protection. Wear a hat, mask, sunglasses or hold an umbrella when going out. Applying sunscreen and then removing makeup usually causes secondary damage to the skin.

5. Keep a good mood

Mood is also very important. Generally, people with thin stratum corneum and red blood streaks will also have facial flushing, which can be divided into physiological and pathological types. Many people are nervous, so it is particularly important to control their emotions.

6. Pay attention to your diet

Eat less spicy, seafood, fried and other irritating foods to prevent allergies from aggravating facial symptoms. Eat more foods rich in vitamins, such as oranges and tomatoes, eat more green vegetables, and eat less beef and mutton.

Currently, many people choose photorejuvenation and laser dye treatment. The treatment effects vary from person to person, so patients should still consider it carefully.
