Some brief introduction to the early symptoms of bone cancer

Bone cancer is not a common cancer, but once you get it, it is often difficult to cure. The early symptoms of bone cancer are not obvious. Because it grows slowly, if you don’t understand some of the early symptoms of bone cancer , it is often misdiagnosed as some other orthopedic diseases.

It grows slowly, and the early symptoms of bone cancer are mild. There is no tendency to malignancy. It mostly occurs in the skull, and occasionally in the facial bones and mandible. It is divided into two categories: compact bone cancer and cancellous bone cancer. Compact bone cancer occurs on the surface of the craniofacial bones, with local protrusions. If it occurs in the intracranial plate, if the tumor breaks into it, it can cause intracranial pressure, dizziness, headaches, and even epilepsy. Cancellous bone cancer often occurs in the cartilage at the junction of the long bone end and the epiphysis. As the length of the tubular bone increases, the osteoma also changes and takes on different shapes. Generally, it stops growing after the whole body's bones mature. However, during the development process, if bone cancer causes bone compression, it can still cause abnormal growth.

Any excessive growth of bone, whether or not it is tumorous, can be called bone. It occurs in the osteoblasts in the inner layer of the periosteum. It is a benign tumor composed of osteogenic fibrous tissue, osteoblasts and the new bone produced, and grows with growth and development. It does not include excessive proliferation, hematoma organization, calcification or ossifying fibroma caused by inflammation, trauma, etc.

Benign bone tumors grow slowly and cause little or no pain. Malignant tumors grow invasively and develop rapidly. Early symptoms of bone cancer include pain that progressively worsens. Anemia and cachexia may occur in the later stages, and multiple metastatic lesions may occur, with lung metastasis being the most common.

These are the main early symptoms of bone cancer. I wonder if they are helpful to you. According to the latest research, the incidence of bone cancer in children is relatively high, and males are more likely to have it than females. For the early symptoms of bone cancer, timely detection can greatly increase the possibility of cure.
