Huzhong Point

Location: Midbrachial point is on the inner side of the upper arm, midway between the armpit and the elbow.

Efficacy: Massaging this point can speed up metabolism, eliminate waste that usually accumulates on the inside of the upper arms, promote fat consumption, and make the arms slimmer.

Massage method: Use thumb to massage in circles.

Note: Use the index and middle fingers of your right hand to press the left arm, and use the thumb of your right hand to press the middle of your left arm firmly. Switch hands and repeat about 5 times. It can effectively remove old waste from the arms. Massage each acupoint with both hands alternately 5-10 times.

Waiguan acupoint

Location: On the back of the forearm, two inches above the wrist, in the gap between the two bones.

Massaging this point can dredge the arm meridians, improve blood circulation, eliminate the feeling of numbness and swelling in the forearm, and make the forearm slender.

Massage method: thumb pressure.

Shousanli

Location: Bend your elbow to a right angle, 2 inches below the elbow crease.

Efficacy: It plays a dual role in regulating the function of the large intestine and improving the supply of qi and blood around it.

Massage method: tapping.

Quchi Point

Position: Bend the elbow to 90 degrees, in the depression at the outer end of the elbow transverse line.

Massaging this point can tighten the muscles while beautifying the skin on your arms, improving dry and rough conditions and making your arms smooth and attractive.

Massage method: Use middle and index fingers to massage in circles.
