What to do if your hair is dyed very black

What to do if your hair is dyed very black

Gray hair is a normal physiological phenomenon. As we age, our hair will gradually turn white. The best way to solve this problem is to dye the hair. However, as middle-aged or elderly people, if you dye your hair too dark, it will have a counterproductive effect. You can try some fire-fighting methods to solve it. So, what should I do if my hair is dyed very black? Let’s take a look below.

Choose alkaline shampoo to wash your hair, because the alkaline components in it have a certain degrading effect on the color of the hair.

Wash your hair with beer. Using beer to shampoo your hair can make it shiny but it can also fade its color because the alcohol in beer is slightly corrosive and can cause hair to fade.

Wash your hair more often. If you usually wash your hair once every three days, you can now wash it once a day. With more frequent washing, the color of your hair will naturally fade.

Extend the time between shampooing. Each time you wash your hair, you can extend it from ten minutes to twenty minutes, which means that the shampoo or conditioner stays on the hair for a longer time. This method is conducive to hair fading.

Exposure to sunlight. You can expose your hair more often when there is plenty of sunshine so that your hair can have enough contact with the sunlight. Because if the hair is exposed to the sun for a long time, the color of the hair will gradually fade.

Go to the barber shop and use professional shampoo to wash it off. This method is very harmful to the hair and is generally not recommended. If you have to use it, you must take good care of your hair afterwards.

How to prevent gray hair

1. Improve nutrition

Hair will also turn white if it loses the nutrient supply that maintains normal pigmentation. Many scientific studies have shown that niacin, para-aminobenzoic acid, carotene, citric acid, etc. in vitamins all have an important influence on the formation of pigments and their metabolism.

In the diet, there must be no long-term lack of foods containing vitamins B1, B2, B6, niacin, etc., otherwise, the hair will turn from black to gray, and then to white.

Scientific research in recent years has also shown. Lack of certain trace elements, such as copper and iron, can also cause hair to turn white.

2. Treat diseases

Some chronic local focal inflammatory and infectious diseases. For example, tooth decay, purulent sinusitis, etc. can also cause gray hair through bacterial action and nerve reflex. In terms of endocrine function, the pituitary gland, adrenal glands and autonomic nervous system are closely related to the secretion of melanin-stimulating hormone, which promotes the formation of melanin. If the endocrine system is normal, more melanin will be secreted, more melanin will be formed, and the hair color will be darker; otherwise, white hair will grow. In addition, sexual dysfunction can also cause gray hair. Therefore, in order to prevent gray hair, the above diseases must be treated early.

3. Massage your scalp

In order to prevent and treat gray hair, you can insist on drawing small circles on the scalp with your index finger and middle finger after getting up in the morning and before going to bed, and rub your scalp: first from the forehead to the top of the head to the back of the head, and then from the forehead to the temples on both sides to the back of the head. Massage for 1 to 2 minutes each time, rubbing back and forth 30 to 40 times per minute, and then gradually increase to 5 to 10 minutes. This kind of massage can accelerate the local blood circulation of hair follicles and make the hair papilla get sufficient blood supply, thus improving the nutrition of pigment cells in the hair bulb, enhancing cell activity and speeding up cell division, which will be beneficial to the secretion of melanin and darkening of hair.
