1. Injection therapy

Operation method: Take the side-lying position, disinfect the perineum and anus, and perform local anesthesia. After disinfecting the rectum with Chlorhexidine, use a 20ml syringe to draw 2:1 Xiaozhiling under the trumpet-mouth anoscope, and inject 3-4ml each at 3, 7, and 11 points in the superior hemorrhoidal artery area. Then withdraw the anoscope to the dentate line, and inject 1-3ml for each hemorrhoid according to the size of the hemorrhoid. After completion, perform three-interval injections.

2. TCM treatment prescriptions

Efficacy: It is very effective in treating rectal prolapse and hemorrhoids. It will be effective after taking the medicine for one day. For severe cases, the medication should not exceed 20 days. This prescription is very effective, and if the patient is not satisfied, we will not charge a penny.

Prescription: Grind five kinds of rare Chinese herbal medicines from Guangxi, including wild Coptis chinensis, Snake Lotus, and Glehnia littoralis, into powder and make them into capsules.

Avoid foods: Do not drink alcohol, eat spicy foods, or eat fried foods while taking the medicine. Also be careful to eat less of the above foods after recovery.

Dosage: Take 2 to 3 times a day, 3 capsules each time, with boiled water. One course of treatment is 7 days. Most patients can be cured in one course of treatment, but severe cases need to take two courses of treatment.

3. Postoperative treatment

1. Rest in bed for 1 day and refrain from defecation for 1-2 days. Patients with constipation can be given Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets, Zhigenduan Tablets or Maren Pills after the operation. Do not struggle to defecate or squat on the toilet for too long. Patients who cannot defecate on their own the first time after surgery can be given enema to aid defecation. After each bowel movement, take a sitz bath in 1:3000 potassium permanganate solution for 15 to 20 minutes. During the treatment, you should avoid eating irritating foods. You can eat soft foods such as bananas and vegetables, and avoid excessive activity.

2. If the body temperature is above 38°C, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs may be appropriately used.

3. Pain can be relieved by oral analgesics. If the pain is obvious, 50-100 mg of pethidine can be injected intramuscularly.

4. When hemorrhoids fall off, if there is only a small amount of blood in the stool, give 30 grams each of Sanguisorba officinalis charcoal, fried Platycladus orientalis, and Agrimony graally. Take 1 dose of decoction daily. If there is a lot of blood, hemostatics and anti-inflammatory treatments can be added.

⑤ If there is difficulty in urination, acupuncture can be performed on Guanyuan, Zhongji, Yanglingquan and other acupoints, or intramuscular injection of neostigmine and catheterization can be performed.

IV. Precautions
