What are the symptoms of poor digestive tract?

Nowadays, people are under great pressure in work and life, so they are prone to some diseases. Especially because of irregular diet, digestive problems can often occur. Poor digestive tract function usually affects people's normal life, such as diarrhea or severe bloating and constipation. People's diet needs to be reasonably adjusted and scientifically structured. What are the symptoms of poor digestive tract?

(1) Diarrhea: Diarrhea is the main symptom. Most patients have frequent diarrhea or intermittent attacks, while very few have no diarrhea or have constipation. The characteristics of the stool may vary depending on the disease causing the malabsorption; the stool of typical steatorrhea is light in color, large in volume, greasy or foamy, often floats on the water surface, and often has a foul odor. Mild steatorrhea may not cause obvious changes in stool.

(2) Abdominal pain and bloating: Abdominal pain is rare, but usually presents as bloating and pain, often occurring before defecation. About half of patients experience obvious bloating, nausea and vomiting.

(3) Weight loss: Approximately 50% to 100% of patients experience weight loss due to insufficient nutrient absorption and loss of appetite, mainly due to malabsorption of nutrients such as protein and fat, resulting in excessive loss. Mild cases may have no obvious symptoms, while severe cases may present with progressive weight loss, weakness and even cachexia. Long-term protein malabsorption and some diseases that invade the intestinal mucosa cause protein loss from the intestinal cavity, which can cause symptoms of hypoproteinemia and edema. Causes of indigestion

1. Psychological and mental adverse stress;

2. Bad eating habits, including stimulating foods (coffee, strong tea, sweets, greasy, raw and cold foods, etc.) and bad eating habits (including fasting, frequent consumption of stimulating foods, irregular eating or binge eating, etc.);

3. Influence of ambient temperature;

4. Helicobacter pylori infection is also one of the main causes of indigestion symptoms in some FD patients.
