Can I take anti-inflammatory drugs while getting eyebrow tattooed

Every part of the five facial features is very important. Among them, there is one part that will affect the overall image of a person's facial features, and that part is the eyebrows. If the eyebrows are in good shape, it will enhance the overall facial image. However, drawing eyebrows is a very troublesome thing, so many women choose to get eyebrow tattoos, which is also a kind of trauma to the skin. So can I take anti-inflammatory drugs after eyebrow tattooing?

Eyebrow tattooing is a cosmetic surgery method that involves piercing the skin to penetrate metal or plant pigments into the dermis, thereby permanently maintaining the shape of the eyebrows. The key to eyebrow tattooing lies in the intensity of the tattooing technique and the thickness of the pigment.

Eyebrow tattooing can increase the thickness of eyebrows and enhance the overall beauty of the face. It is suitable for people with congenitally sparse eyebrows or partial loss of eyebrows, as well as those with poor eyebrow shape, scars inside the eyebrows, and uneven eyebrows.

Eyebrow Tattoo

(1) On the drawn eyebrow shape, use a 1:1000 sterilizing cotton ball to disinfect the local skin.

(2) The surgeon should find a good fulcrum at the elbow to avoid hand instability.

(3) Use an electric eyebrow tattoo machine with a small amount of eyebrow tattoo liquid, and tattoo from the eyebrow to the eyebrow tip or from the eyebrow tip to the eyebrow (this mainly depends on the operator's habit), while wiping with a sterilized cotton ball on the skin surface to observe the coloring of the eyebrow area. The color distribution of an eyebrow should have ups and downs and emphasis to achieve a natural and vivid look. The coloring distribution ratio is: 20% at the brow head, 80% at the brow peak, and 100% at the eyebrow tip. The appropriate depth for tattooing is when the pigment penetrates between the epidermis and the dermis. This layer can ensure the stability of the color and avoid the possibility of pigment discoloration.

(4) After tattooing, apply a small amount of eye ointment locally, first wiping along the direction of the eyebrows, and then wiping in the opposite direction. This will ensure a very clean wipe, prevent infection, and make it easier to observe the uniformity of the tattoo. You can continue tattooing the uneven areas until you are satisfied.

(5) Principles of eyebrow tattooing: There are three principles to follow: The eyebrows should be light rather than dark, short rather than long, and thin rather than thick.

How to operate

The operation method of eyebrow tattoo can be roughly divided into the following steps:

(1) Before tattooing, the tattoo needle must be soaked in disinfectant and disinfected. The cotton balls used in the tattooing process must be disinfected and each person must have a portion of pigment.

(2) Wipe and disinfect the drawn eyebrow shape with a cotton ball dipped in 1:1000 Sanisol or 75% alcohol.

(3) The surgeon holds the eyebrow tattoo machine or needle, dips a small amount of tattoo liquid into the needle, and repeatedly pierces the skin along the drawn eyebrow shape, so that the tattoo liquid containing titanium oxide particles and food pigments on the needle tip can be brought to the dermis of the skin. The force should be uniform and consistent during tattooing, and the depth should be appropriate. Otherwise, if the tattoo is inserted too shallowly, it will be difficult to color, and if the tattoo is inserted too deeply, it will cause punctate bleeding, which will also affect the coloring and easily cause color fading.

(4) When tattooing, the eyebrows and the upper and lower edges of the eyebrows are tattooed with the dot method, and the middle part of the eyebrows and the ends of the eyebrows are tattooed with the dot method or the dot method. The eyebrows and the ends of the eyebrows should be colored slightly lighter, while the middle part of the eyebrow can be colored slightly darker. The upper and lower edges of the eyebrows and the eyebrow head should not be too neat, and the eyebrow head cannot exceed the area of the eyebrows themselves, otherwise it will easily give people an unnatural feeling.

During the eyebrow tattooing process, it is necessary to use a cotton ball dipped in a small amount of saline to wipe off the floating color and exudate several times to facilitate observation of the coloring.

(5) Generally, no anesthesia is required during eyebrow tattooing. The patient only feels a slight stinging pain, which is completely tolerable. If some individuals are particularly sensitive to pain and cannot tolerate it, they can apply 1% dicaine cotton pads to the eyebrows during the tattooing process, which can significantly reduce the pain.

(6) During the tattooing process, the tattooist and the patient should pay attention to the coloring and eyebrow shape at all times. If there is any dissatisfaction, the tattooing can be continued and corrected in time until the patient is satisfied. It usually takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete each side of the eyebrow tattoo. The color of newly tattooed eyebrows will appear slightly darker. Generally, after about a week, when a thin layer of scab has fallen off, the eyebrow color will be truly fixed and appear realistic and natural. If the eyebrow color seems lighter after the scab falls off, you can do a second touch-up to make the eyebrow shape more perfect.

(7) After tattooing, a layer of antibiotic ointment can be applied locally to prevent infection and thick scab formation.

Precautions

1. Eyebrow tattooing is a cosmetic surgery. If the surgery fails, it will be difficult to repair. Therefore, patients must go to a regular plastic surgery hospital for this surgery. This will ensure that an experienced eyebrow tattoo artist can tattoo natural and realistic eyebrows suitable for the patient according to the patient's age and face shape, and avoid problems such as asymmetric eyebrows and incorrect color after tattooing.

2. Patients undergoing eyebrow tattoo surgery should pay attention to choosing the eyebrow tattoo dye according to their personal skin and hair color. Young women can choose a slightly darker dye, while older women should pay attention to choosing a lighter dye.

3. Patients undergoing eyebrow tattooing should pay attention to some surgical contraindications before the operation. Patients with inflammation and rash in the eyebrow area should avoid this operation. People who are allergic to drugs and have tinea scars should avoid this operation.
