1. Method 1

4. When the hazelnuts feel hot, reach your hand into the pan to test the heat of the hazelnuts and see if they are heated evenly.

5. When you feel that the hazelnuts are generally hot, continue to stir-fry.

6. When the surface of the hazelnuts turns black and shiny and you can smell a woody fragrance, it means they are almost done. Of course, you can also taste it. The ripe hazelnuts have a particularly fragrant taste.

7. Remove from the pan and serve. The hazelnuts can be cooked using the residual heat from the cooking.

1. First put the sand into the pot and cook it over low heat, being sure to stir it up and down while cooking.

2. After the sand is heated, add the sugar and stir-fry.

3. After stir-frying for a few times, you can put the hazelnuts into the pot, but the fire should not be too high.

4. When frying, be sure to stir the nuts up and down constantly until they are 70% cooked, then take them out, otherwise they will become mushy.

5. Wait until the hazelnuts are cool, sift out the sand, wipe the hazelnuts with a piece of wet linen, and finally add three drops of soybean oil. Rub them repeatedly with a piece of dry linen. Then you will see that the hazelnuts are shiny and bright.

1. Shell the hazelnuts and keep the kernels for later use;

2. Heat the pan and pour in a proper amount of oil. After heating, add the hazelnut kernels.

3. Stir-fry quickly until the color turns yellow, then remove with a colander and drain.

4. Put the fried hazelnut kernels into a bowl and let them cool down before eating. You can also mix them with sugar.

1. Place the hazelnuts evenly on a glass plate in the microwave and heat on medium.

2. The furnace needs to be stopped and turned over from time to time.

3. When you hear the sound of hazelnuts popping, it means they are almost cooked.

4. Wait a few seconds until the clicking sound stops, then you can turn off the power.
