What kind of personality does it have when sleeping with your head in your arms

Psychologists particularly like to analyze a person's character by observing the details of his or her behavior. This is not entirely based on conjecture, but is based on scientific principles, because a person's behavior is based on his or her character. For example, we can roughly judge a person's personality based on his or her sleeping posture. People who lack security like to huddle together when they sleep, while people who are usually upright mostly like to sleep with their heads buryed. These are all directly related to personality.

1. Bear Hug Type

The bear-hug-pillow type: people of this type are used to hugging a pillow or something else when they sleep, and often with their arms and legs clamped on it. People who sleep in this position usually value worldly wisdom, friendship and fate, are emotional and innocent, and are very easy to get along with.

2. Countersunk Type

People who sleep with their heads down, face down with their hands tucked under the pillow, and lie prone on the bed are generally outspoken, generous, righteous, and willing to stand up for the weak. They like to argue out the right and wrong of everything and are upright.

3. Thinking Type

The supine thinking type likes to support their face with one hand when sleeping, looking thoughtful. This kind of person is actually a bit too utilitarian, has a mature and calm mind, is good at planning and action, but has a quick temper. Fortunately, he does not hold grudges.

4. Head-holding type

People who hold their heads with both hands and use them as pillows are carefree and never worried. In the eyes of others, they are always calm and composed. They never get anxious or angry about anything and they value friendship and the process over words.

5. Side-lying type

Side-sleeping straight type. People who sleep in this position are used to sleeping on their side with their whole body straightened out. They are cheerful and principled. They never follow the crowd. They have their own pursuits and beliefs. They are simple, leisurely and unrestrained people.

6. Large font

The "L" stretching type, when sleeping, stretches the whole body into a "L" shape. This type of person is enthusiastic, yearns for freedom, and never likes to be constrained. They have many friends, are willing to make new friends, and are the happy pills in the eyes of people around them.

7. Curled-up type

Baby curl type. People who sleep in this position usually lack a sense of security. Although they appear happy and comfortable, they always feel a little lost inside. They are emotionally delicate and tend to overreact, but they place great value on family and interpersonal relationships.

8. Side-lying type

Side-sleeping curved type. This sleeping position is also side-sleeping, but the hands are placed under the head or under the pillow. Such people are naturally strong-willed and have excellent decision-making ability, but they are prone to entanglement and procrastination in life. They are intelligent, responsible and popular.

9. Upright type

Upright and motionless type. People who sleep in this position are calm and steady, but a little shy. Although they are passionate inside, they are not good at expressing themselves. They like to immerse themselves in their own world and fantasize constantly. They don't like to be overly close to others and are quite strict with themselves.
