The "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that there must be a Chinese factory name, Chinese factory address, telephone number, license number, product logo, production date, Chinese product manual, and if necessary, restrictive or suggestive instructions, etc. Anything missing will be deemed an unqualified product. If any of the above requirements is missing, the product will be regarded as a "three-no product".

If the relevant products are produced by manufacturers and put into circulation, or sold by merchants, you can report it to the Quality Supervision Bureau, Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau and other relevant departments. If consumers have already purchased such products, they can request triple compensation under the Consumer Protection Law.

Note: If the product labeling does not comply with the provisions of Article 27 of this Law, the person responsible shall be ordered to make corrections; if the product labeling on packaging does not comply with the provisions of Item (4) or (5) of Article 27 of this Law, and the circumstances are serious, the illegal gains, if any, shall be confiscated.
