Are there many people who heal themselves by taking a bath?

Psoriasis is a relatively common skin disease. Many patients always do not have enough knowledge and understanding of the disease, which eventually leads to worsening of the disease. In fact, some patients with psoriasis can heal themselves by taking a bath, but there are not many such people, because psoriasis is not a self-healing disease. It may recover a little after a short period of treatment, but as the disease continues, it will gradually worsen. Therefore, the treatment of psoriasis is very important.

Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease. Patients with this disease have small papules on the lesions, and the papules are covered with layers of scales, which are extremely painful and itchy.

Seasonal changes can also cause recurrence of psoriasis. In addition, improper diet, infection, etc. can also cause recurrence of psoriasis.

The possibility of psoriasis healing on its own is extremely small. During the treatment process, many patients always expect the disease to heal on its own, and thus are reluctant to seek medical treatment. Once the disease worsens, it becomes very dangerous, so they often do not seek treatment. But after a few days, I found that not only was the condition not getting better, but it was showing signs of worsening.

Psoriasis will not heal on its own, so everyone should pay attention to this. The recurrence of psoriasis is related to various external factors, mostly due to personal living habits and the influence of other diseases. The body's self-healing ability plays a greater role in general minor illnesses or acute diseases.

Most people know that chronic diseases such as psoriasis gradually become more serious without causing any damage, and are a manifestation of reduced immunity and poor physical fitness. Secondly, our body's self-healing ability also has a problem of growth and decline. Modern people live too comfortably and lack exercise, which causes the body's disease resistance and self-healing ability to be dormant.

What causes psoriasis?

The cause of psoriasis is not yet fully understood. The currently generally accepted view is that psoriasis is caused by the combined effects of "innate genetic factors" and "acquired environmental factors."

In terms of genetic factors, psoriasis is somewhat hereditary. Generally speaking, if one of the parents suffers from psoriasis, the probability of the child developing the disease is about 10% to 20%. Some susceptibility genes for psoriasis have been discovered, which means that people who carry these genes have a higher risk of developing psoriasis than others. We can popularly understand genetic differences as "individual differences." However, the detection of these genes has not yet been widely carried out in clinical work.

In terms of environmental factors, there are many factors that may induce or aggravate psoriasis, such as upper respiratory tract infection (commonly known as "cold") and tonsillitis. Many patients first develop the disease after a cold, fever, or tonsillitis, in which case it often manifests as "gutticular psoriasis." For example, psoriasis often recurs or worsens under conditions of excessive fatigue, mental tension, emotional stress, etc. In addition, seasonal climate is also closely related to psoriasis. The condition of most patients worsens in winter and spring and improves in summer, which is related to the fact that ultraviolet rays in sunlight have a certain therapeutic effect on psoriasis. In addition, the prevalence of psoriasis is higher in the north where the climate is dry. This may be because the dry environment can easily damage the skin barrier function and induce psoriasis.

The pathogenesis of psoriasis involves complex inflammatory responses and the immune system, which is what we often call "immune dysfunction." It should be emphasized that "immune dysfunction" does not mean "immune dysfunction" or "decreased resistance", so some so-called health products or drugs that enhance immunity are not necessarily beneficial to the condition, and may even be counterproductive.
