What is the best way to clean furniture

Furniture is an indispensable item in every family. Some furniture that is in harmony with the home decoration style will make the home more warm and beautiful. Of course, the existence of furniture brings a lot of convenience to family life. Furniture will become dirty during the use process. When wiping furniture, you cannot simply wipe it with a rag. There are some methods to wipe furniture.

1. Toothpaste cleaning method

The white paint on the surface of the furniture will turn yellow over time, not only looking old but also feeling unclean. You can use a rag to dip some toothpaste or tooth powder and gently apply it on the furniture. By using the bleaching effect of toothpaste, the color of the furniture paint can be changed from yellow to white. But be careful not to rub hard when wiping, because the abrasive in toothpaste and tooth powder will wear off the paint and damage the surface of the furniture.

2. Tea cleaning method

If the painted furniture is stained with dust, you can wipe it with gauze wrapped in slightly damp tea leaves, or wipe it with a dry cloth dipped in cold tea water, which will make the furniture especially smooth and bright. However, after wiping the furniture with tea, remember to wipe the tea clean with a slightly damp cloth dipped in clean water. Since tea usually leaves tea stains, the residue on the painted surface will affect the original color of the furniture.

3. Milk cleaning method

Dip a clean rag in milk, then use it to wipe tables and other wooden furniture to remove dirt more effectively. Finally, remember to wipe it again with clean water, otherwise there will be milk residue and milk smell. This method is suitable for a variety of leather, paint, marble and other furniture.

4. Egg white cleaning method

Stir the egg yolk evenly, apply it on the furniture, wipe it clean with a dry cloth, take an appropriate amount of egg white, dip it with cotton cloth, and repeatedly wipe the dirty areas on the surface of leather products such as leather sofas. This method is particularly effective for cleaning leather products, and egg white also has a certain polishing effect. After use, the leather will show its original luster.

5. Beer cleaning method

Take about 1400 ml of light beer and boil it, add 14 grams of sugar and 28 grams of beeswax, and stir evenly to mix it thoroughly. When the mixture cools down, dip a soft cloth in it and wipe the wood. After the stains are wiped clean, wipe off the residue with clean water and finally wipe dry with a soft dry cloth.
