Select the ear acupoint neck, Shenmen acupoint and sensitive points on the ear, press the mung beans on the selected acupoints, and fix them with 0.8x0.8 cm analgesic plaster. Press 3 times a day, 2 minutes each time.

3. Exercise therapy

Sit on a chair with your chest out. Lower your head until your jaw touches your chest. Then tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling. Stay for 3 seconds and then lower your head, and repeat this 20 times.

4. Touch therapy

The patient sits upright and the doctor stands on one side. First, use both hands to stroke from the top of the patient's head to the left and right to the ear tips. Then use both hands to stroke from the temples to the back to the ear tips. Then use both hands to start from the ear tips and stroke along the front of the ears toward the jawbone. Finally, use both hands to start from the temples and stroke along the ear tips, behind the ears, and toward the neck to the supraspinatus muscle. The technique should be gentle when stroking. When encountering painful points, press gently for more than 10 times to enhance the effect.

5. Massage therapy

The patient is sitting on a square stool, and the doctor stands behind the patient. He first uses both hands to stroke the shoulders and back from the back of the neck several times to relax the neck muscles, then press and rub the Jianjing, Fengchi, Dazhui, Shenzhu and other acupoints 30 times each. Finally, apply safflower oil or wind oil on the neck, and use the back of a heated wooden comb to comb and iron the trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles along the affected side from top to bottom 30 times to help dredge the meridians and regulate Qi and blood.
