Degenerative changes in local tissues of inflammation include

We also need to understand some knowledge about inflammation. After understanding this knowledge, we can deal with it easily when we are sick or facing sick patients. Many of my friends are studying medicine, including myself, who is prone to illness. What types of degenerative changes in local tissues caused by inflammation are included?

1) Alteration: The degeneration and necrosis of local tissue in inflammation is called alteration. Metamorphosis can occur in both parenchymal cells and interstitial cells.

(ii) Exudative inflammation The process in which fluid and cellular components in local tissue blood vessels pass through the blood vessel walls into the tissue interstitium, body cavity, mucosal surface and body surface is called exudation. The exuded fluid and cells are collectively called exudate or exudate. Exudative lesions are an important sign of inflammation, and the exudative components play an important defensive role locally.

The acute inflammatory response is characterized by vascular and exudative changes and consists of three interrelated processes:

① Changes in hemodynamics (inflammatory congestion).

②Increased permeability of blood vessel walls (inflammatory exudation). ③ White blood cell migration and aggregation (inflammatory infiltration).

(III) Proliferation Under the stimulation of inflammatory factors, tissue disintegration products or certain physical and chemical factors, macrophages, endothelial cells and fibroblasts in the inflammatory area may proliferate. In some cases, epithelial or parenchymal cells surrounding the inflammatory lesions also proliferate. The proliferation of parenchymal cells and interstitial cells is related to the action of corresponding growth factors. Inflammatory hyperplasia has the function of limiting the spread of inflammation and repairing it.
