Take a cold shower to wash your hair

In life, some people choose to wash their hair with cold water in order to improve their antibody ability. In fact, cold water may not have much effect on men, whether it is for bathing or washing hair, but it is very harmful to women's body, so it is not good to bathe or wash hair with cold water.

Precautions

Cold water bath exercise must be carried out in a gradual manner: the temperature gradually decreases in autumn, and the human body is very sensitive to cold and cold water. Taking a cold water bath should be gradual, including bathing from local areas to the whole body, water temperature from high to low, and bathing time from short to long.

There are four common types of cold water baths: head and face bath, which is washing the hair and face with cold water; foot bath, immersing both feet in water, the water temperature can start from about 20℃ and gradually drop to about 5℃; rub bath, which is rubbing the body with a towel soaked in cold water, not too hard and for a short time, stop when it is enough; shower, start with warm water at about 35℃ and gradually drop to bathing with tap water.

It must be said that cold showers are not suitable for everyone. Some people's skin is sensitive to cold water, and they will have allergic symptoms when exposed to cold water, such as rashes, purple spots, etc. People with this special constitution should not take cold water baths. In addition, patients with severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, rheumatism, cavitary tuberculosis, sciatica and high fever should not take cold showers.

Taking a cold shower has many benefits for strengthening your physical fitness, improving your health level, and preventing and curing diseases. Long-term and continuous cold shower exercises will not only increase the elasticity of blood vessels, but also prevent vascular sclerosis, colds, bronchitis, tonsillitis, pneumonia, etc.

However, although cold water baths can strengthen the body and cure diseases, the exercise must be done properly, otherwise it will have the opposite effect. Here are a few things to keep in mind when taking a cold shower:

First of all, if people who have never taken a cold shower before suddenly take a cold shower, their blood vessels will constrict, their body temperature will drop, and their body will get cold, leading to a cold. Therefore, taking cold showers should start in the summer and continue from summer and autumn to winter, and it is best not to interrupt during this period.

Secondly, it is best not to wash the head and face when taking a cold shower, because the respiratory system is concentrated there, which is easy to be affected by cold and cause respiratory diseases. The head should be kept dry when taking a cold shower.

Again, the water in the north is freezing cold in winter, unlike the water in the south which is not very low in temperature. If you take a shower with very cold water for a long time, your skin will get frostbite and frostbite. Therefore, the duration of a cold shower should vary according to the person, time and place. The time should not be too long. The lower the temperature, the shorter the bath time. In winter, wash for 3-5 minutes at most. And after bathing, you should use a dry towel to dry your body and remove redness.
