1. Clean the pork

After buying them home, you can use clean water to keep them for a few days. If you find it troublesome, you can also soak them in salt water with a higher concentration, and the muddy smell will be gone.

5. Clean seafood

Seafood is delicious but difficult to clean, especially crabs and shellfish. Simply soaking them in water will not clean the dirt in them. The correct cooking method is to first wash the crab's shell with salt water, then soak the crab in light salt water to allow it to spit out the dirt in its stomach; then change the water several times to ensure it is clean.

While the shellfish are soaking in water, you can put a kitchen knife or other iron tool in the water. The shellfish will spit out the mud and sand after smelling the smell. It usually takes 2 to 3 hours.
