If you find it inconvenient to measure while running, you can run for a while, then stop and measure immediately to see if you have reached this number. If you have reached it, just run at the same speed. It would be best to buy a heart rate monitor so that you can monitor your pulse at any time.

You should persist in running to lose weight, at least 30 minutes once a day, preferably 45-60 minutes continuously. In addition, running alone is not too boring. You can change your exercise routine frequently in the gym. For example, riding a bicycle is also a good way to exercise.
