Signs of rapid growth in height

Signs of rapid growth in height

Many parents worry that their children will not grow tall, because height is so important in a person's life. Generally, humans' height will grow rapidly after entering puberty, because the hormone levels in the human body will undergo great changes at this time. However, the change in height for some people is not very obvious, while the change in height for others is very obvious. So what are the signs that a person's height will grow rapidly?

1. Sudden increase in appetite

The child's appetite suddenly improves, he has a strong appetite and always says he is not full, which means he is growing taller. After observing this change, the mother must ensure that the child gets balanced nutrition and sufficient calcium in the diet.

2. Shoes suddenly become smaller

Children grow from the bottom up, so as their feet get bigger, their shoes will naturally become smaller. This is a more obvious sign of growth, and the child also likes to sleep more.

3. Leg pain before going to bed

The child often complains of leg pain after lying down to sleep, but feels nothing during the day and examinations show everything is normal. This situation should be the child's growing pains. Growing pains are mostly physiological pains caused by the rapid growth of children's bones and the lack of coordination with the growth and development of local muscles and tendons. Many children will experience them during their growth process. The pain is mainly located in the deltoid muscle of the thigh and the gastrocnemius muscle of the calf. It is a non-joint pain. The pain mostly feels like soreness, but may also cause tingling or burning pain. Some children with growing pains may also have symptoms such as calf cramps, headaches, and abdominal pain.

4. Dreaming about missing a step when going down the stairs

People who are growing taller get hungry faster than normal people. When they are half asleep, they often dream of going down the stairs and then suddenly stepping on empty air. This is because your bones are growing.

5. A bit like rheumatic bone

Generally, the bones look a bit like rheumatism, especially around 10 o'clock in the evening, because the human body's bones grow fastest at 10 o'clock in the evening, several times faster than usual. The muscles are a bit cramped, especially in the backward knee area. There is some cramping and other pain symptoms, but it will be gone after a while.
