5. Chicken soup: Wash and clean a tender chicken, add water and boil it. Add seasonings (pepper, ginger, chopped green onion) to the chicken soup when eating, or use it to make noodles. It can relieve nasal congestion and runny nose symptoms during colds and enhance the body's resistance

6. Radish soup: Wash and slice 150 grams of white radish, add 900 ml of water, boil until 600 ml, add 5 grams of sugar, drink one cup while hot, and then drink another cup after half an hour.
