Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, about 200°C, and turn off the power. Wait for 2 minutes until the oven temperature drops a little, then put the food to be thawed into the oven and it will be ready for about 5-10 minutes. However, the oven is not suitable for thawing food because it heats from the outside to the inside, requires heat conduction, is slow, and will destroy the food structure.

2. Press the "adjustment key" to increase or decrease the time.

3. Press the "Temperature/Time Switch Key" to switch to temperature. The default defrosting temperature of the steam oven is 60°C, so this step can be ignored.

4. Press the "start button" and the steam oven will enter working state. If you press the "Start Key" once and the numbers on the display start flashing, you need to press the "Start Key" again.
