There are specific changes in aortic valve obstructive cardiomyopathy, pericardial effusion, atrial effusion, vegetations of atrioventricular valve or semilunar valve, and congenital cardiovascular malformations. Ultrasonic Doppler is an important means of diagnosing the cause of heart disease. It can selectively observe the disordered blood flow in a certain part of the heart chamber or large blood vessels, and thereby diagnose the nature and extent of valve damage, as well as the location of congenital malformations.
