What is the arm circumference standard?

In life, you can find that some people have very thin arms, while others have very thick arms. People with very thick arms can be divided into two categories. Some people have too much fat on their arms, so they look thicker, while others have a lot of muscles on their arms, and they look very strong. Obviously, boys all hope to have muscles instead of fat on their arms. The following is some relevant knowledge about arm dimensions.

Arm circumference standard:

According to statistics, the standard measurements of Asian women (chest, waist, hips) are 84 cm, 62 cm, and 86 cm respectively.

The following is a method for calculating women's standard weight and standard measurements:

Women's standard weight (algorithm 1)

45 + (height cm - 150) x 0.32 + (age - 21) / 5

Algorithm (II)

Height-112cm

Girth Algorithm (I)

Chest: Height x 0.52

Waist: Height x 0.37

Waist circumference: height x 0.457

Hips: height x 0.542

Thigh circumference: height x 0.26 + 7.8

Girth Algorithm (II)

Lower body proportion: With the navel as the boundary, the upper and lower body proportion should be 5:8.

Chest: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, which should be 1/2 of the height.

Chest: The standard circumference of the thinnest part of the waist is 20CM smaller than the chest circumference.

Hip circumference: Measure in front of the body parallel to the pubic bone at the largest part of the buttocks. The hip circumference should be 4CM larger than the chest circumference.

Thigh circumference: Measure at the top of the thigh, below the hip fold line. The thigh circumference should be 10CM smaller.

Calf circumference: Measure at the fullest part of the calf. The calf circumference should be 20CM smaller than the thigh circumference.

Ankle circumference: Measure at the thinnest part of the ankle. The ankle circumference should be 10CM smaller than the calf circumference.

Wrist circumference: Measure between the wrist and elbow. The wrist circumference should be 5cm smaller than the ankle circumference.

Upper arm circumference: Measured between the shoulder and elbow joints, the upper arm circumference should be equal to 1/2 of the thigh circumference.

Neck circumference: Measure at the narrowest part of the neck, the neck circumference should be equal to the calf circumference.

Shoulder width: the distance between the two shoulder peaks, should be equal to 1/2 of the chest circumference minus 4CM.

Height - mainly reflects the degree of development of human bones.

Body weight - an overall indicator of weight that reflects the development of the human body.

Chest circumference - is the most representative measurement of the thickness and width of the human body. The expanded chest circumference is related to lung capacity.

Waist circumference - reflects a person's waist and back strength and fat status.

Upper arm circumference - reflects the development of a person's triceps and biceps.

Thigh circumference - reflects the development of a person's quadriceps and hamstring muscles.

Hip circumference - reflects the size of a person's pelvis and the development of the hip and buttocks muscles.

Bodybuilding body shape quick scoring standard: It can quickly make a relatively accurate judgment on a person's body shape, mainly based on two aspects of indexes for comprehensive evaluation:

(1) Chest-waist contrast index, which is the difference between chest circumference and waist circumference;

(2) Height-to-weight index, which is the difference between height and weight, with height in cm and weight in kg.
