If your ear itches, gently wipe the external auditory canal with 75% alcohol cotton. Do not dig with your hands. If you feel pain in your ear, you should go to the hospital for treatment immediately.

4. Pay attention to your posture and method when diving, and avoid letting water hit your ears directly to avoid trauma to the eardrum.

5. If water still enters your ear, tilt your head to the side where the water enters. If water enters your left ear, stand on one leg and jump on your right foot, and vice versa for the right ear. At the same time, cover it with your hand and suck it out!
