How to check primary bronchogenic lung cancer? Three tests can confirm primary bronchogenic lung cancer

Bronchogenic lung cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in the bronchial glands or mucosa. It has a very high mortality rate and morbidity rate, ranking first among all malignant tumors. Smoking is the main cause of bronchogenic lung cancer. The most common symptoms of bronchogenic lung cancer patients are hemoptysis, weight loss, and cough.

With the rapid development of modern society, modern science and technology are becoming more and more advanced, people's economic level is getting higher and higher, and their living standards are getting higher and higher, but people's physical condition is getting worse and worse. Diseases that did not occur often in the past also occur frequently in modern times. However, the professional level of hospitals is getting higher and higher, medical professions are becoming more and more comprehensive, and medical equipment is becoming more and more complete. Now people are paying more and more attention to their physical health and common physical diseases. Bronchial lung cancer is one of the common malignant tumor diseases. The main reason for patients to suffer from this disease is smoking. As more and more people smoke now, the incidence of bronchial lung cancer is getting higher and higher, and the mortality rate is also getting higher and higher. So what tests should be done for primary bronchial lung cancer?

1. Magnetic resonance imaging: When doctors determine that a patient has primary bronchial lung cancer, they need to know the extent, size and location of the tumor, especially the relationship between lung cancer and the bronchial chest wall and the heart and large blood vessels, so as to understand the possibility of resection. Since magnetic resonance imaging can be interfered with by life facilities, such as ventilators and oxygen cylinders, people with severe breathing difficulties or serious illnesses are not suitable for magnetic resonance imaging.

Second, fiberoptic bronchoscopy: This examination can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis. This is a very important examination method for obtaining tissue for histological diagnosis and for clarifying the existence of tumors. However, this biopsy cannot be performed in patients with hypoxemia accompanied by carbon dioxide retention, bleeding constitution, and pulmonary hypertension.

3. Chest X-ray examination: Chest X-ray examination is the most important examination method for detecting lung cancer. Generally, block-like shadows or suspicious mass-like shadows can be found by looking at the lateral and frontal X-ray films of the chest.
