Accessories: ginger, vinegar, shrimp paste, salt, sugar

4. Chop the ginger and set aside.

5. Pour a proper amount of cooking oil into the pan, put the egg whites into the pan and stir-fry until they are formed.

10.Put egg whites and egg yolks into the pot.

11. Stir-fry briefly and serve.
