At this time, we need to change into some loose and comfortable clothes, and make sure the material is pure cotton, because pure cotton clothes can absorb sweat very well, and there is no need to worry about damage to the skin.

Abdominal contraction walking method

First, you need to learn "abdominal breathing": when you inhale, your belly swells; when you exhale, your belly contracts. This is a necessary training for people who practice yoga or voice training. It helps stimulate gastrointestinal motility, promote the excretion of waste in the body, smooth airflow and increase lung capacity.

When walking and standing normally, you should try to shrink your abdomen and use abdominal breathing to tighten your lower abdominal muscles. You may not be used to it in the first one or two days, but as long as you remind yourself that "slimming your abdomen will help you lose weight", after a few weeks, not only will your abdomen become flatter, but your walking posture will also become more charming.

2. Do sit-ups + hula hoop + cassia seed tea. However, sit-ups also require skills. Don't do the movements you used in exams. When your upper body is at a 40-degree angle to the bed, stop for a few seconds. This is more effective than quickly tapping your elbows to your knees.

3. Do housework to tighten your abdomen

Maybe you were a little lazy before, but start being a hardworking "Cinderella" from today. Remember an important rule: avoid the light and focus on the heavy. For example, do not use a vacuum cleaner when sweeping the floor, but use a rag and a broom, and consciously increase your exercise; choose to wash and iron clothes when the temperature is high at noon, which will cause you to sweat a lot; when you are hungry, make yourself a delicious slimming lunch, as "chefs" generally do not want to eat the food they cook, which is just right to control your food intake.

4. Massage

This is one of the most commonly used methods for abdominal weight loss. The kneading action combined with massage cream is very good for improving fat. Massage can increase the temperature of the skin, consume a lot of energy, promote intestinal peristalsis, reduce the intestinal absorption of nutrients, promote blood circulation, and allow excess water to be discharged from the body. With the navel as the center, make a question mark on the abdomen and massage along the question mark, first on the right side and then on the left side, 30-50 times each, and do this once a day.

5. Do the leg-lifting exercise, lift your legs up. It is better than sit-ups and doesn’t make much noise. Be careful to lift them slowly and put them down slowly as it is very tiring.
