What should I do if there is tartar inside my teeth

Teeth need to be cleaned every day to remove the dirt and bacteria on the teeth. Brushing teeth is inseparable from a toothbrush, but there are many places on the teeth that cannot be reached by brushing, such as the inside or inner side of the teeth. These places will cause dental plaque on the teeth no matter how you brush your teeth. So let's see what to do if there is dental plaque inside the teeth?

First, what should we do if there is tartar inside the teeth? In fact, as early as when it is still plaque or soft scale, we can remove it mechanically, that is, brushing and flossing. But as mentioned before, even if you brush your teeth very diligently and floss frequently, there will always be some dead corners that you cannot clean, especially for people with crooked teeth. At this time, plaque and soft scale will slowly calcify if they are not cleaned in time, and eventually form dental tartar that cannot be removed by brushing.

Second, generally speaking, dental plaque will form on the tooth surface within five minutes after eating, begin to mature within 12 hours, and reach its peak within 10 days. Therefore, we should remove dental plaque through mechanical methods (such as brushing and flossing) about 12 hours.

Third, hold the vinegar at home (either aged vinegar or white vinegar, but not vinegar essence) in your mouth for 1 to 3 minutes, then spit it out and brush your teeth. However, your teeth will feel very sour and numb (the feeling will last for about 2 minutes). It cannot be done continuously. You should do it frequently, about once every 2 months. Otherwise, it will be bad for your teeth. It can be used as a first-aid method in emergencies (such as when you find your teeth are very yellow before going out on a date). It can also remove bad breath.

What should you do if there is tartar inside your teeth? It is recommended to go to a professional and regular dental hospital for teeth cleaning, or put a small amount of brown sugar in your mouth and wait for the brown sugar to dissolve for about 10 minutes, then brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes, and rinse your mouth after finishing. It is recommended to brush your teeth with saline water twice a day, each time for at least 2 minutes.
