The efficacy and function of Yebazi honey

Yebazi honey is collected from the nectar of the wild plant Yebazi. The honey is white to amber in color, has the unique fragrance of wild bazi flowers, tastes delicious and sweet, and is very easy to crystallize. After crystallization, it becomes milky white. Because of its hard texture, it is called "Yunnan Hard Honey". It is rich in nutrients and contains various active substances such as amino acids, proteins, pollen, vitamins, etc. It has high medicinal value and helps treat influenza, hypertension, stomach problems and liver and gallbladder diseases. It has the effects of digesting food, eliminating accumulation, clearing away heat and detoxifying.

1. After picking the wild basil, wash it with clean water and dry it. Drain the water and set aside.

2. Soak the dried wild bazi in 20 to 30 degree low-alcohol wine or tail wine for about 2 hours.

3. Then pour the soaked wild basil and wine into the winemaking equipment and distill them (tail wine extraction method). The alcohol content of distilled liquor can be determined according to local drinking habits.

4. After the wine is steamed, scoop up the wild basil and soak it in the wine.
