Only in this way can people taste more lemon flavors. Moreover, the medicinal and edible value of lemons themselves are quite rich and of high value. Lemon (scientific name: Citrus limon (L.) The main producing areas are the United States, Italy, Spain and Greece. Lemon is very sour and is the favorite food for pregnant women with liver deficiency, so it is called Yi Mu fruit or Yi Mu child. Lemons are rich in citric acid, so they are known as "citric acid warehouses". Its fruit is juicy, crispy and has a strong aroma. Because of its extremely sour taste, it can only be used as a high-quality seasoning to make drinks, dishes, cosmetics and medicines. In addition, lemon is rich in vitamin C, which can reduce phlegm and relieve cough, promote salivation and strengthen the stomach. It is used for symptoms such as bronchitis, whooping cough, loss of appetite, vitamin deficiency, heatstroke and thirst. It is the nemesis of "scurvy". Mizawa lemon: Wash the lemon peel with salt, or soak it in salt water for half an hour. Then remove the stems of the lemon and cut into thin slices. Marinate all the lemons in a water-free and oil-free glass sealed jar in the order of one lemon slice and one spoonful of honey (the honey must be marinated over the lemon slices). Cover with lid and store in the refrigerator. Marinate overnight and you can drink it. It will taste better if you add lemon juice after three or four days. When flushing, just pick out one or two slices, then scoop two spoons of honey and lemon juice, and flush them together with warm water. (Do not use hot water, which will destroy the nutrients in honey) Food taboos Suitable food: Lemon is suitable for people suffering from dry mouth, thirst, indigestion, stomach upset and hiccups due to summer heat; it is suitable for people who are deficient in vitamin C; it is suitable for pregnant women with fetal movement disorder; it is suitable for people with kidney stones; it is suitable for patients with hypertension and myocardial infarction, as it can protect blood vessels and improve blood circulation.
