Regarding the dietary prevention of prostate cancer, pay attention to the following three principles:

1. Low-fat diet

Excessive intake of fat will lead to excessive fat components in the human body, promote the conversion of cholesterol into androgen in the body, and increase the level of androgen in the body. The increase of androgen is closely related to the occurrence of prostate cancer. There are great differences in the dietary culture between the East and the West. The ratio of starch, fat and other ingredients in the dietary structure of Western countries is 35:40:25, while the ratio in Eastern countries is 80:6:14. Therefore, the incidence of prostate cancer in Western countries is much higher than that in Eastern countries. 2. Eat more beans

Studies have found that people who consume more soy protein have a lower incidence of prostate cancer. This is related to the fact that soy protein foods are rich in phytoestrogens. The chemical structure of phytoestrogens is similar to estrogen in the human body and has a certain inhibitory effect on androgens. Therefore, eating more soy foods and their products is very beneficial for preventing prostate cancer.

3. Others

Green tea is rich in catechins, and fresh fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin E and the trace element selenium. These nutrients are beneficial for preventing prostate cancer.
