1. Oolong Tea Anxi Tieguanyin

Produced in Anxi County, Fujian Province, one of China's top ten famous teas, Tieguanyin is the best oolong tea, its quality characteristics are: the tea strips are curly, fat and round, heavy and uniform, the color is sandy green, and the overall shape resembles a dragonfly head, helix, and frog legs. After brewing, the soup is golden and rich like amber, with a natural and rich orchid fragrance, a mellow and sweet taste, and a long aftertaste, commonly known as "rhythm". Tieguanyin tea has a strong and long-lasting aroma, which can be described as "the fragrance lingers after seven brews".

The leaves are oval in shape, with sparse and blunt teeth on the margins, wavy raised leaves with obvious ribs, slightly curled toward the back, thick mesophyll, dark green and shiny leaves, slightly blunt base, slightly concave tip, slightly tilted to the left, slightly drooping, and the young buds are purple-red, so it is called "red bud crooked tail peach", which is one of the characteristics of the purebred.

Its main characteristics are: the soup is thick and clear but not very fragrant. It has a strong aroma and is sweet in the mouth. The color of the soup is relatively light, especially for the first and second brews. After the third brew, the soup is yellow-green in color. When the soup goes in the mouth and is stirred carefully, it can be felt that it is slightly sour. It has a special taste, and there is fragrance in the sourness and sourness in the fragrance. It has natural floral fragrance and honey flavor, and its taste is strong, mellow, refreshing and sweet, and it is resistant to brewing. The products are mainly sold in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and exported to Japan, Southeast Asia and the United States. Phoenix Narcissus is known for its "beautiful shape, green color, rich fragrance and sweet taste". The tea leaves are plump, eel skin color, oily and shiny. The tea soup is clear yellow in color, with a mellow, refreshing and sweet taste, long-lasting fragrance and good resistance to brewing.

3. Oolong Tea Oriental Beauty

It is a famous tea unique to Taiwan, also known as Pengfeng Tea. Because of its prominent white hair on the tea buds, it is also known as Baihao Oolong Tea. Oriental Beauty tea has a very beautiful appearance, with leaves in white, green, yellow, red and brown, which are bright and lovely. Hongshui Oolong is an early Dongding Oolong tea from the three tea regions.
