1. Adjust the diet structure and eat a reasonable diet: develop good eating habits in daily life, quit smoking and drinking. Pay attention to dietary taboos: avoid eating sour, spicy, cold, hot and other irritating foods, expired and spoiled foods, especially for the elderly who are generally weak and have low immunity. They should eat some anti-cancer or alkaline foods and maintain a good mental state and psychological factors.

Develop good living habits: go to bed early and get up early, have regular daily habits, maintain a weak alkaline constitution, and fundamentally avoid the occurrence of lymphoma.

What is the treatment?

1. Immunotherapy For malignant lymphoma, immunotherapy can be used as an adjuvant treatment method.

2. Autologous bone marrow transplantation can be used for patients under 50 years old who can tolerate the combination of high-dose radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Combined with allogeneic or autologous bone marrow transplantation, it is expected to achieve a longer remission period and disease-free survival.

3. Surgical treatment of patients with intranodal malignant lymphoma, mainly for biopsy, pathology or staging laparotomy exploration.

4. Radiotherapy: Hodgkin's disease and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Experts remind that malignant lymphomas of the kidney, bladder, testicle, ovary, uterus, skin, breast, etc. should be removed early and supplemented with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy after surgery.
