In summer, if you wear shorts and want to go out to cool down, it’s okay to go out, but your knee joints may get cold, because you are directly facing the summer breeze, which is more comfortable as it gets closer to the evening, but your knee joints may not be able to bear it (as for noon, I guess no one goes out to enjoy the cool air); if you stay at home, it’s also very dangerous to turn on the air conditioner randomly. After all, since it’s so hot in summer, you won’t bring special "protection" for your knees, and the possibility of getting cold is greatly increased.

2. The situation in winter is better for people who know that they need to protect their knees and wear knee pads because of the cold weather. But for those who have no protection, the situation is bad. The degree of cold knees in winter and summer is definitely different. Even if you catch a cold in the summer, the symptoms will not be very serious, and may even heal on their own without much problem. However, if you catch a cold in the winter, the symptoms of osteoarthritis may appear immediately, and this is not an exaggeration.

3. Reduce unreasonable exercise and avoid bad posture

This is an issue that requires attention. There are so many types of sports. Running is the most convenient but it does not mean it is the best choice. On the contrary, long-term running will definitely damage the knee joints. If you want to choose to exercise, why can't you swim, ride a bicycle, etc.! Long-term running, jumping, squatting, or even climbing stairs are not reasonable, because this will put the knee joint in a "weight-bearing position" for a long time, which puts a lot of pressure on the knee joint.
