It would be a pity if you give up on losing weight at this hurdle. The best way is to continue dieting and lose weight, while supplementing it with exercise therapy to increase the body's metabolic rate and consume body fat. Then the weight loss stagnation period will quickly pass, allowing people to regain confidence in losing weight.
