Usually, you can sing with your hand slightly supporting your chin, without exerting any force or feeling any stiffness. You can also hold a small amount of water in your mouth when singing or practicing your voice, and try to prevent the water from flowing out during the singing process. You can also use your strong willpower to imagine that you are a fool who cannot control your jaw (think of the people on the street who drool and cannot control their jaw). When your jaw is completely relaxed, use the power of your breath to send the sound into your head cavity. You will find that the sound suddenly goes directly to another channel without using the throat at all. Your throat is completely relaxed. At this time, you have found the correct channel for singing. Close your eyes and meditate on a point (or object). Imagine that point is on your head, and then start making sounds. The sound "wu" is the easiest to reach that point, and "yi" and "yu" can also be used. When you imagine that point and make sounds to let the sound hit that point, it will be easier to use the resonance of Dantian or nasal cavity.
