Main causes of hair loss

Main causes of hair loss

There are many reasons for hair loss, such as hereditary hair loss, that is, your parents had hair loss problems, and your generation also has hair loss problems. Physical illness: Some kind of disease in the body affects the division of hair matrix cells, which in turn causes hair loss. Of course, in real life, most people’s hair loss is not caused by the above reasons, but because of long-term work pressure, endocrine disorders, or improper use of chemical or physical shampoos.

Main causes of hair loss

1. Endocrine disorders caused by mental stress

Excessive mental stress, nervousness, and staying up late in life, work, and study lead to reduced rest time, insomnia, and anxiety, which keep people in a state of mental disorder for a long time. This will lead to endocrine disorders, deterioration of the internal environment, malnutrition of the body, lack of nutrition and atrophy of hair follicles, and eventually hair falling out from the roots.

2. Physical and chemical hair loss

Physical hair loss caused by long-term exposure to radiation sources, long-term use of computers and mobile phones, watching TV, etc.

Using inferior shampoo, irritating hair dyes, frequent hair dyeing, perming, and styling can cause serious damage to your hair! Please note!

Also, not washing your hair for a long time can cause the hair follicles to become clogged, leading to hair loss.

3. Physical illness

The body is infected with viruses, and high fever damages the hair matrix cells, inhibiting their normal division, and putting the hair follicles in a state of shock, leading to hair loss, such as acute infectious diseases, long-term use of certain medications, etc. As we all know, during chemotherapy, a lot of hair loss will occur, and you may even become bald.

In addition, although obesity is not a physical disease in the strict sense, it can also lead to hair matrix cell proliferation and cause hair loss due to malnutrition.

By the same token, excessive weight loss will definitely lead to malnutrition. I hope everyone will give priority to their health.

4. Hereditary hair loss

Hereditary hair loss, also known as congenital hair loss, is inherited from parents. Generally, it is dominant in males and dominant in females. So we see more male friends suffering from hair loss, which is more common, but we rarely see female friends with baldness (sorry, this term is more intuitive).
